I wake up two to three times a night. Most of the time I am already sitting up. My head is resting on my own shoulder. My neck is so stiff I have to lift it with my hand. I am still holding Ben who is in burping position, however I don't think he even burped. The amount of sleep I am getting is starting to feel normal, and somehow I am functioning enough to run this house. The kids are all alive, they have clean clothes to wear, food to eat. Life is good.
I am so thankful for all the help we have recieved from friends and family. It has made this month so much easier! As you can see Ben is bigger every day. We all love this little man to pieces!!

Oh my goodness Melissa!!!! He is SO adorable! Isn't it amazing that we moms can function so well on such little sleep. Hang in there- I remember those first weeks/ months when I kept wondering if I'd ever feel completely normal again! Maybe you can send ME some pointers on how you handle a newborn with FOUR other kids!! You're AMAZING!! CONGRATULATIONS again!
